K-12 ENROLLMENTS FOR 2015-16

Please bring the following required documentation to your appointment:
Proof of Child’s Age (birth certificate, baptismal certificate)
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency (driver’s license, lease/mortgage statement, or tax bill)
If applicable, also bring the following documentation:
Custody agreement/court order
IEP / Special Education Records
2015-2016 School Calendar
The 2015-2016 calendar has been approved and is now posted on the School Calendar page.
Important Information About Lunch Accounts
Our lunch accounts are now online. Please go to www.schoolpaymentportal.com, register under HOPE for Hyndman, and add your children to your account to view all of their lunch account activity. Through this site you are also able to make credit card payments for a small convenience fee. Please email Chef Jeff at jmaust@hyndmancharterschool.org with any questions or concerns.
